Greasy Spoon isn’t just a café. It’s a cultural intervention.
We’re Laura and Tyrone, two well-travelled food lovers who landed in Stockholm in 2012, introduced through our Swedish partners (and no, we’re not a couple). We loved our new city... but kept wondering where was the all-day breakfast? The bustling brunch spots? The lively cafés where you could stroll in at any hour for an Eggs Benedict and proper coffee? It didn’t exist. So we built it.
In 2014, we opened the first Greasy Spoon and became the OG's of brunch in Sweden. From day one, we’ve done things our way: quality food, great coffee and real connection. English-speaking service with genuine energy. A place where locals, expats and tourists all pull up a chair and feel at home.
Now with four locations in Stockholm, we’ve blended the charm of the iconic London Greasy Spoon with global influences from the Melbourne and New York brunch scene.
